Online ecommerce health site with integrated API shopping cart and 5 landing pages

I need an online store very similar to the look of [login to view URL] with the function and content of 90forlifefamily.com. It needs to be a responsive site (mobile device friendly). All information on [login to view URL] can be used in the site development. Site can be similar to [login to view URL] but needs to appear like [login to view URL] (different background, colors, format, etc, we want the website to feel "up to date" and engodo has an up to date feel, but we need the info and content like [login to view URL],). We would entertain other designs or suggestions from the developer. There is a simple API that allows for an integrated shopping cart which I have access to and will provide once the project is awarded. The API is the same one being used on 90forlifefamily.com. This is a health website that promotes consuming 90 essential nutrients for the body. We are a distributor for Youngevity (the manufacturer of these products). We are expecting our ecommerce (main site with tabs) and 5 to 7 simple landing pages that will act as lead capture pages. These pages will be simple pages with a short message and or video and a place for the lead to enter name phone and email. Upon submit, they are then redirected to the main ecommerce page, where they can continue to buy product. The main ecommerce site should have a free info pack or buy product option at the main page similar to 90forlifefamily.com. Since we want our site to appear different we are open to suggestions on wording and design. The shopping cart needs to flow with the page - when you scroll down the shopping cart needs to remain visible. Also, a live chat tool needs to be installed. The one on 90forlifefamily is powered by zopim, but it can be different if you know of a better one.
