Very small website, no graphic design work required

My poor ol' mother has a side business that isn't doing very well and we want to transform her paper brochure info a small website. I'm looking for something clean and easy to read - not a lot of graphics. I have included a graphic (attached) that we would like to incorporate into the site. Also attached is all three pages of text that will be on the website. This is about as easy as a project comes, you'll just be taking our text and throwing it into web pages. I usually use Dreamweaver and do it myself but I just haven't had the time and want to see what people can offer here. The end result will be an easy to read website and laid out nicely ... it can be 1 page or 3 pages or whatever you think is needed to get the content out there. No need for meta tags on the pages I will be doing my own SEO. The winning bidder will be able to show some examples of their work OR show an example website with my mothers content already on it. I'm not looking to steal the example work so put it into PDF with watermarks or whatever you feel is safe. The winning bidder will also have to turn the work around in the next day or two.
