CPA Network Review Website

this is not commission based - i dont know where freelancer thought someone would get commission - nor is it a full time gig - this project is for ONE project that needs to be completed. NOT FULL TIME ANYTHING! What i need is a quality website about CPA networks and the offers each network has. Here are the requirements: 1. Needs to have a list of CPA networks - Each network will have its own "profile" page that will contain some basic information about it 2. Each network profile page will have a list of the offers each network offers. Separated in categories ( such as type of offer, category of offer but not by payout. 3. Each link to a external site will have my referral code in it. The website should have the ability for ad space in the most convert-able spots but the best for a great user experience. 4. Need logo done as well - domain not bought yet but will let you know when you win the bid. 5. NEEDS a portfolio from a website - i will not look at each link you send in the message box. i WILL IGNORE YOU! attached is a project sheet on what i want.
