Order food online system

I need a website system that is exactly like [login to view URL] just some function need to alter(very minimal changes). For example: 1)look at their menu, I want to have extra thing which is a small photo icon, which some dish will have photo, customer can click on the photo icon and the photo of the dish will show out on the screen with background shaded. 2)We don’t want to intergrate credit card payment gateway in our website. So on the cart after they confirm their order, they can choose to pay on spot (which we will give them options on this option) OR paste their internet banking online transfer receipt and submit to us. For now only two options, for future we may like to intergrate credit system like customer can prepaid the credit to use in our website. Customer when spend after certain amount will get cash voucher which can be used on system. 3)And others will need to discuss and decide. Need to have access as admin, restaurant owner and customers. As restaurant owner they can update their coupon only, others need to inform admin and we change manually. Restaurant owner required to install a software into their computer(need to be designed by you), it act like a messenger which we can trace whether they are online, and when we pass order to them it have sound alert to remind them to take action. They can update status by confirming proceed, dispatch from restaurant. Then customer can track their order status by entering their order number. As admin we can change their menu and access of everything like delete customer review etc, the most important one is we have a messenger to trace restaurant owner and know whether they are online. It also act like a order processer when customer confirm order we will check manually whether payment received and pass the order detail to restaurant owner. When more than 10 minutes restaurant owner don’t confirm order the window will have the order number thread showing red so we will call them. All the order thread will be automatically updated under processed, sent, dispatched etc and can be sort by order number. Can track performance sort by restaurant, area and easy for us to do billing for restaurant owner. As customer after they received order they can leave a review on the restaurant like ebay style. Lastly we need a six month guarantee to deal with bugs or problems etc
