Convert Psd's to Html5

PSD’s to HTML’s Below are the pre-requisites to be followed while creating HTML pages. 1. All the pages should be responsive and HTML5, CSS3 and Jquery must be used. 2. Folder structure should be followed as below: ProjectName - Images - Css - Script - View(all html’s should go inside this folder apart from index file) 3. There are instances in PSD’s where mobile network, battery part are displayed. Those should be excluded from html’s. 4. All the pages must be optimised, the size of the page should not be beyond 5kb excluding the images. 5. Following process would be followed in delivering html’s. - Demo of single html page first (screenshot will also work). - If requirement is not full filled as per psd’s then there Freelancer should be ready to work on missing items wherever changes are required. 6. Milestones are set per pages. 7. Freelancer should complete his task in speculated timelines also he must provide his working hours. 8. Would need to discuss for all the effects on the page before starting the HTML. 9. The bg image in the bottom where peoples are raising their hands should be visible, there should be some space blank space left no the bottom for visibility of the bg image.
