Custom eCommerce Affiliate Style Website

I am in need of a custom eCommerce website that functions somewhat differently than your typical affiliate type website. In essence, I want to have a single store website that when the customer arrives at the site and registers with an affiliate associated registration code (site is secured) the store appears to be owned by the affiliate. The site will need to have the ability to handle several dozen affiliates. This concept is unique and somewhat difficult to describe here so I will select a short list of developers and we can view an example site live via Skype where I can explain more thoroughly. My expectation is that is would be developed in WordPress but I am open to other platforms. I am also aware that since this is an uncommon approach to developing an affiliate site, I am asking for hourly rate bids. Once the project is understood after our Skype conversation, I would ask for an estimated total time required and upon award, I will revise the contract to reflect the total budgeted project amount. Please, no phone calls, agency contractors or solicitation outside Freelancer. I am interested in establishing a long term business relationship with a single, qualified designer where we can mutually benefit from each others expertise and inevitable growth of this new business.
