Customise WordPress Template

Hi, Looking for a Wordpress expert to customise the template currently on this link [login to view URL] a list of editing needed: Add Logos and Links to other sites Create static adverts with active links Create Business listing workflow - Feature is built into the template Build in Promo Codes for purchasing listing Integrate payment gateway - The aim is to have a fully automated directory listing website, we will have both users and customers. Customers will be able purchase a listing including their chosen Categories and any added sub categories, once purchasing they will need to be able to create their own listings that gets submitted for approval with any added service fee's. They will also need to ability to edit their listing at a later date. Once their listing is 1 month from renewal they will automatically be sent a invoice for renewal. If they do not renew then their listing will expire and not be visible. User should be able to search the directory via Post Code or Suburb, City or State to find the listing.
