I am looking for a freelancer to help me with my mobile application project. Phase one will be a consultation to finalise the chart and strategy, we will work to finalise the brief and scope of execution and the job of consultation will be in stepping stone bases and the result will be the work specification that will be understandable and technically clear for execution. I will close this job with two proposal. The project is a mobile application based and website, this application will be made to offer easy way to call a service (handy man per hour) and provider of service will be companies, the owner company of the application will be middle man and the companies providing the list of availabilities of service and fees should have interface or dashboard to update automatically or manually the lists, the application will have advanced location aider and signup of the clients also payment facilities, the execution should also organise order report and statements.
