High End Design Needed In Elementor

My current selected designer has ran out of ideas and creativity and time. This website needs to be fast like race car and designed as much as possible with elementor cutting edge design - I have 30 years in marketing; do not think I will accept an everyday website YOU SHOULD POSESS EXPERIENCE IN MARKETING DESIGN YOU should acknowledge that the oversized van (in the attached videos) does little to nothing for the marketing of my service and is far from a high end design. Basic on-page seo is expected, schema everywhere including faq and blog for feature snippet etc, H1 and H2 cannot bloat with plugins It involves upwards of maybe 12 unique design pages It involves ultimately with all pages published 10-15 primary page designs and finished product will include adding 150 or so pages into the news (blog section) - remember this is a quality job **We may also keep some or all of the old blog into an archive section (lots of copying with new images) Everything is to be DETAIL ORIENTED, and PROPERLY color coordinated EVERYTHING You have 2-3 weeks to complete the project I would like to see it come to life on a live url on your server as opposed to figma which has been very 2 dimensional and not giving me the full picture* if possible obviously modern HQ animations are expected; this site should win award for elementor designs 2023 If I take your finished product and post it to be copied right here on freelancer I expect it to get bids of $3000 or more, because if it can be copied for $300-$1000 it is NOT the high end design I requested of you.
