Internal Page Redesign

* Any Bids above $50 will not be reviewed. I need a simple task done: I need a total revamp of an Internal Page. All the elements that currently exist must fit. The attached template is of the current website (and its cut of so you can see what needs to be redesigned) Person who bids on this project must have examples of redesigns. I want the final to be implemented easily (all the images should be sliced and ready to do).... I am picky, so please keep in mind that there may be multiple revisions.
