Project Title: Web Application Mockup Description: - I am looking for a web designer who can create a mockup a web application for the following purpose: The web application would allow customers to buy a particular physical project service online and it would be used to mange the complete customer / project lifecycle including contracting, execution monitoring, performance mentoring, billing and revenue collection. Key features include 1. Customer acquisition a. Attractive lending page with clear call for action. User-friendly interface, blogs, SEO friendly. b. Capture necessary information from the potential customer to estimate indicative pricing and terms d. If accepted, capture list of information for KYC and due diligence. Each uploaded and verified / approved separately e. Generate final contract for e-signing on the website (upload signature). Signed, downloadable, PDF generated and stored on the app. 2. Vendor and contract management through the system: a. Generate and send Request for Proposal (RFP) to pre-qualified EPCs / Vendors with standard contracting terms. b. Review and approve vendor proposal. c. E-signing of contracts. 3. Execution monitoring: a. Asset labelling (unique code) for tracking physically and in the system b. Link to CCTV feed to monitor the asset online 4. Operation and maintenance management performance metrics monitoring, servicing schedule 5. Billing, reminders and payment tracking - I prefer a minimalist design style for the mockup, focusing on simplicity and clean aesthetics. - The ideal candidate should have experience in designing web applications, with a strong understanding of project management principles. - Knowledge of user experience (UX) design and best practices is also desirable. - The mockup should be designed in a way that enhances customer engagement with the platform. Giving a sense of progress with step-wise call for action. - Attention to detail and the ability to create a visually appealing and user-friendly interface are key skills for this project. - The designer should also have good communication skills to understand and incorporate my requirements into the mockup.
