hello, I have taken a listen to the file. I believe I can clear up a lot of the noise and then increase the overall level of the recording to make the louder speech and some of the quiet speech audible. Some speech events seem to be too obscured with noise to clear up, but I will try. Will do for $75 flat rate. Will get done in 1 day if I can, but 2 days max.
