Backup software Win and Mac

We need a software complete backup software system that includes to following features. - OS Support : Windows and Mac (common versions) - Backup and restore to cloud (ftp,nas,aws, other common cloud storage systems if possible) - Full backup, incremental / diff options - Encryption options - Easy file/foler/backup restore - Must work as a Service - Must have an easy and intuitive client GUI - The idea is creating a full cloud backup system solution allowing user subscriptions, computers lic # .. and be able to manage this over a website (php responsive for example) - Must be multilanguage ready - Filers, scheduling , tasks reports This project can start from an open source compatible license or developer own solution.
