Browser plugin for 'highlight' and 'save as'

The project is to design a tool to save some texts on a website easily. Currently, if I want to save something I read, I need to highlight the text and hit "Ctrl C' to copy it. Then I need to open a Word or text document and paste the text into it. Then save as a file under some directory. I need to design a plugin into Browsers (IE, FireFos, Netscape) to works like this: The user first highlight some texts on a page and right click on the lightlighted texts. There should be a menu saying "Save into" and a submenu showing a list of directories. If I pick one of the directory and the text should be saved into the folder. It also need to prompt for the title. I input a title and it was saved to the directory with the title. Thanks, Bryan
