Hi, I have great experience in Windows programming, and I can certainly develop the requested application, that will watch an URL for a response code (other than zero) for new order and if detected, will spawn google chrome, and print a notification in large letters, showing the required notification text in Spanish (I checked it with Google Translate). The end application will be an executable and it will work in the background, doing the required task. I can provide the code and the executable.
