Reset controls in a metroframework windows form

I need reset control method that will reset all controls in windows forms(MetroFrameWork) I have several controls that need to be reset in the form_shown and after the btnSave_Click methods. For the ComboBox controls I want to set the selected index to 0. For the TextBox controls I want to set to empty or "" For the RadioButton controls I want to set to Un-checked. Total controls: TextBox = 30. RadioButton = 16. (RadionButtons are in different Panels.)
