VOIP skype fine tune to work in uae

VOIP and SKype Pc to phone are blocked in Dubai Voip and SKype can work only through VPn Tunnel I need to source equipment and finetune the installation to achieve the following scenario At Home/Office/mobile I need to be able to do calls from Skype and VOIP to PC and phones from UAE to EUROPE/USA HOME CONFIGURATION Pc - > (VPN+Router) -> Internet User should be able to proxy bypass connect to VPN Server User should be able to call Pc2PC through and PC2Phone to landline using either VOIP/SKYPE Ideally VOIP/Skype Heaset equipment should be connected to Router/VPN Directly ie there is no need to have pc open to make and receive calls OFFICE CONFIGURATION Pc - > (Company Router) -> Internet User should be able to proxy bypass connect to VPN Service User should be able to call Pc2PC and PC2Phone using either VOIP/SKYPE In the office Scenario I might want to transfer the VOIP/Skype line to another PC (up to 3 connections) so its important to register the VOIp to a VOIP PBX (like pbxes) MOBILE CONFIGURATION Finally is there a solution to be able to use a mobile phone with VOIP *through VPN of course) Either using Wifi or 3g/Gsm network again using Vpn tunnel. What is needed A complete product sourcing, Ie which products and models should I choose like Skype and VOIP non PC depended Headsets, headsets that connect directly to router a Adsl Modem a VPN router a VOIP and VPN service the mobile Heaset, the Voip and VPN service needed to run on the mobile Headset the respective settings to make everything work together transparently What is needed is to create a plug and play simple package to service this problem ONLY DEVOLOPERS WITH FEEDBACK WILL BE EVALUATED
