WordPress Expert to help with styling tasks, css changes, et

Hello I need an expert coder/designer/marketeer with wordpress. The ideal profile would be a coder, with a sense of style (you dont need to create the graphics, but you need to place them in the right places and looking good) and a good knowledge of web-marketing activities, so you can understand and install wordpress plugins etc. You need to be available for current work, and you need to be available online, via instant messenger. I will ask your help to make changes in layout, corrections, bug fixing, install plugins, make those plugins work etc. If you are good, the idea is to pay you a fixed amount per month, so you can do regular tasks like these. I will choose the freelancer that shows me his work with wordpress sites. So send me the links, and let me know what you have done in the sites. Dont just send the link and say "i have done it all". I prefer you to send the link and then focus on 2 or 4 interesting things you have done within such site(s) Bids without this requirement will have to be ignored. So bid if you are very sure that you pretty much can do everything related with wordpress template, if you are good with css/xhtml, if you can find, install and make plugins work the way we need. If you are one of those freelancers that say "that is impossible", or "take more than 1 day to find a solution" dont bid. And the reason for this is that we will not ask for nothing that an expert cannot find out in less than one day, and we will also never ask for something impossible :) I want to choose you today.
