Wordpress expert needed NOW to fix an urgent problem

Im looking for a Wordpress expert (but really an expert) that will help me with a problem im having. I transfered a wordpress website into a new host. Strangely, when i post an article im the only one who can see it, but when i send the link to all my friends out of my country they see only the old posts. When im checking the admin i see the new posts, but still, no one can see the posts on the website. I don't know what is the problem! This website is VERY important to me and i can't have any down time or anything deleted by mistake or anything like that, so please bid only if you are sure you can solve this problem for me ASAP.
