• Managing infrastructure (earthworks, motorways, roads & parking, landscapes, squares & sidewalks, rain & sanitary water drainage, water supply, bridges, culverts, retaining walls, etc.) and building project from inception and planning through to completion in coordination with municipality requirements and within the budget. • Leading structural and architectural design engineers, technical office engineers, site supervisors, project engineers, project managers through the complete construction projects life cycle. • Efficiently maintaining the work quality by ensuring adherence to municipality, state & international regulations. • Precisely preparing ToR, bill of quantities for the tendering process, tendering documentations for bidding process, architectural and structural design documentation, drawings, specifications and detailing using software packages like Radimpex Tower 6, AxisVM 10, StaadPro, Sap2000, Prokon, ArchiCAD (BIM) and AutoCAD. • Supervising the execution of the construction work, site supervision, quantity surveying, track and control construction costs. • Estimating quantities and cost of construction work to determine project feasibility, preparing scale drawings. • Administering construction contracts, directing workers activities in preparing drawings and specification documents also conducting periodic on-site observation of work during construction. • Designing reinforced concrete structural elements like: slabs, beams, columns and foundations as well as post tensioned beams, steel trusses and other steel support structures for various projects. • Preparing technical specifications, bill of quantities, draft contracts and full tender dossiers for the supply and building works contracts. • Developed a building works Contract Form based on the long-time experience, the Law of Contracts and Torts and Public Procurement Law with acceptable elements of FIDIC conditions of contracts.
