Hello I have 1 basement with area of 250 sqm I need to create a floor plan with the following 1- living + dining area 2- office room 3- warship room 4- Guest room 5- small gym (could be integrated with office) 6- Game Room 7- Theater/cinema room 8- Storage Please let me know if possible, and let me know if you need to remove any of the above the 2 white stairs they still don't exist, please let me know which one suits the space better and I will do it accordingly Please let me know the price and the required time Many thanks
