I repeat, THE WHOLE DRIVE must be Imaged. Boot Sector, Partition Descriptor, Data, EVERYTHING. I DON'T care about CD Images, or writing to a burner, or any fancy crap like that. I am also SRTONGLY considering a bootable Linux-based CD-R that can perform this task with a simple menu-driven interface. As Linux now supports USB, this could be very feasible.
