Se a avaria for de cablagem ou superficial e puder ser reparada no local, não deverá demorar mais de 1-2 horas. Em caso de avaria interna do televisor, seria enviado um televisor de substituição e o televisor danificado teria de ser substituído e preparado para envio, o que também seria tratado a partir da sede. Em caso de substituição do televisor, esta seria efectuada num outro dia e o tempo de substituição dependeria da complexidade, aproximadamente 1-3 horas.
