O problema é com as versões do Entity Framework e do MySQLConnector, então minha tarefa é acertar essas versões para que o projeto funcione corretamente. Atualmente uso .NET Framework 4.6.2 Versão do EntityFramework: 5.0.0.0 Versão do MySQL|Connector: 2.0.0.0 Quando tento rodar "localmente" projeto a mensagem de erro: "Falha ao localizar ou carregar o Provedor de Dados .Net Framework registrado."
