Bom dia , queria uma espécie de cheklist, para poder marcar alguns procedimentos de monitorização que fazemos, no entanto o mesmo tem que imprimir um relatório( tal como imagem em anexo ), e mandar o mesmo para algumas pessoas, é um processo a ser feito diariamente. eu já fiz no excel, mas eu queria algo mais elaborado num form, no powerApps ou mesmo num site.
