I have a google sheet. The main sheet is an order index which has a long list of sequentially numbered orders. Each row contains one order. The row contains all relevant information to that order. Date description, employee, etc. I have made a template in a second sheet with an Order Confirmation sheet. This can be printed / exported as a 1 page pdf.
