We are looking for a personal assistant who can assist the CEO. Candidates shall send a 1 (minimum) minute introductory video, standing up in front of a camera Skills and Experience Required: - confidentiality, open mind, availability to travel - support for project management (schedule meetings with the team, review and report the status, minutes of meeting, time tracking) - email marketing - admin support - HR (recruiting on online platforms) - mailing (send mail and follow feedbacks, lead verification and generation from Linkedin) - open Schengen Visa would be better, or easy way to get a business one (we can provide documents). trips to offices in Italy will be required - fluent english, italian is a plus (not mandatory)
