I have an inertial measurement unit (IMU) that outputs its orientation in quaternions or Euler angles at 100Hz. I use the IMU to measure motion for five minutes at a time and would like to be able to recreate a video of the motion of the device from the data that it outputs. The ideal tool would take in quaternions or Euler angles in a .csv format and output a video of a 3D shape rotating in the same pattern that the IMU rotated. Basically I need to update and send 2 htc vive tracker(not controller) postion data(both XYZ and rotation) to an arduino(Com port). One of the challenges is that the rotation data needs to be in EULER so that gimble lock is avoided. (For examnple the tracker postion needs to be able to rotate more than 360 degrees - if it is rotated 2 times on an axis - the value sent needs to be 720) The arduino needs to recieve this information and then seperate the two tracker positions into its X Y Z and the 3 axis postions as FLOAT variables. Two coding scripts 1) rearranged 2) put together the two scripts are already written and are giving out graphs they should be together and give out one graph detailing things nicely. that is giving out something much more creative like a graph with good lables . the two codes are Euler and runga kutta method they are separate from one another but all solve the same function Euler's method is solved with shooting method and therefore gives a slightly different graph from runga kutta .
