Nesesito crear un HLS de un archivo mp4 que tengo. El archivo mp4 tiene 2 audios ACC la fuente de video en HEVC 264 y 3 subtítulos . Necesito que quede el video adaptativo en 4 bitrate el audio a escoger en el grupo de audio y los subtitulos en el grupo de subtitulos. Tengo el archivo en mi maquina con ffmpeg instalado ya seria solo que le de acceso remoto.

I extract m3u8 streams from different websites thru php scripts, but they have a token that expires every hour, causing ffmpeg to stop, and because ffmpeg doesn't allow more than 2 seconds when reconnecting, it closes.
