Motor driving by smartphone

I'm looging for an electonic device controlled by app - a small stepper motor (geared) who can turn about 1 to 20 time / min - The interface (driver) should be controller by an app (Android) - (Bluetooth) - The app must control WHEN (at 12:00 / every Hours / ...) the motor starts. The NUNBER or rotation (1-100) ,the speed of rotation (1-20 /min ). ALLE This STUFF (electonic + motor + gear) must be placed in a box 100mm x 100mm x 40mm (powwered by 5 or 12v dc) The expected result is a working prototyp (motor+gear+electonic+app) ----------------------------------- I will give you more specific information so you will be able to say if you are th right guy. On my point of view the project is splitted in 5 parts 1) The motor and the gear (gear must provide more tork, because the speed is not relevant, tork: yes) 2) the electonic driver for the motor 3) The controller who contain the bluetooth interface 4) The software (firmware) in the EEprom of the controller 5) The software (APP) for the smartphone (at this step, I only need Android) A) Warning: (1),(2),(3) must stay in the box 100mm x 100mm x 40mm B) Warning: (3) must be a "not expensive" device (raspberry pi pico/arduino ? or something else , your input is welcome) C) Warning: the power supply must be 5v or 12dv DC (but if working at 3.7v (li-Ion battery) , i's better, but not mandatory at this step) I expect: - a working prototyp shipped at my adresse including (1)(2)(3)(4)(5) and the source code of the software (4)(5). - a pragmatic and intelligent ingeneer who cas make proposition and available fot the next steps of this project If you are able to provide the prototyp, let me know and adapt your quotation if necessary Thanks !
