I have the WebPlus X5 website builder program. It's taking me way too long to learn how to create a web page with it. I need someone very experienced with WebPlus X5 to build a very simple web page for me, and with me, from a layout design that I have, then send me the finished WebPlus X5 file; and thereby help me learn how to create and maintain web pages myself.
I'm only interested in someone who will be very happy to help me for $5 to $10/hr. at the most. Please DO NOT bid if you charge more than $10/hr.
