398407 Domain Name API regis. tool

I need an API specialist/expert with lots of experience to create a simple server-side script for automatically registering domain names based on sets of rules that I will provide to the programmer that I choose. I don't want to make my ideas public, and the programmer must promise to not use, sell, share, etc. any part of the script that they develop for me, and that I am the copyright owner of the script with full resell rights, etc. This is a project for someone who has done this type of script before and knows the details of how it needs to function. The programmer that I choose will need to help me install it and make sure that it works properly, etc. This should be a very simple project for someone who knows what they're doing.
