I don't necessarily have experience with the ESP32 microcontroller, but I am experienced in using Arduino and Raspberry PI with quite a large variety of sensors and modules, so I have no doubt I can complete this project quite easily! It seems the microcontroller and the SMS modules sell for fairly cheap in my country, so I can actually get one of each to really make sure my code works as it should, and adequately test it.
