Number of openings: 2 Working days: 5 days per week Daily working hours: 9 hours Shifts: Day and night on a rotational basis Monthly Salary: INR 35,000 Job Description: The First Screen Customer Care Department serves as the primary point of contact for customers in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, and acts as the second level of support for our global partners. We are currently seeking a Freelance Customer Service Representative to join our team remotely, collaborating with our base in Dubai. Your role will involve handling customer inquiries, subscriptions, complaints, and refunds through email and inbound phone calls. Responsibilities: • Efficiently manage customer queries, subscriptions, complaints, and refunds via email and phone. • Identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions or alternatives. • Maintain a positive attitude and exhibit empathy towards customer needs. • Demonstrate patience and understanding, resolving problems professionally and promptly. • Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information about our products and services. • Contribute to the enhancement of Customer Service guidelines and procedures. Competencies: • Customer service-oriented with a minimum of 1 year of international call center experience. • Fluent in English is a must. • Familiarity with CRM/Zendesk systems and practices. • Detail-oriented problem solver.
