I am looking at the possibility of getting someone to help me organise my week since I am not spending time on the goals I need.
I need someone to create a Google calendar that they share with me and we can both edit that helps me plan my week.
Things to include will be
- Study time
- Hobbies (reading, music etc)
- Business project time
- Admin duties/ tasks
- Meal planning (and shopping)
*****The meal planning one is important, I need help collating recipes and planning my grocery shopping******
- Exercise
- Social engagements.
(I will obviously provide more specific details on each element, its time-frame etc)
I have estimated around 3 hours per week for the daily meetings, weekend meetings and also extra work here and there. I am flexible with this though if more is required I am happy for that as well. I am prioritizing having the right fit and achieving my goals, not so much the money at this stage. If I can start hitting my goals I will be super happy! :)
Obviously this will be a dynamic calendar that changes when I have new social engagements pop up or I don't complete tasks or need more time for one thing or another.
The person I am looking for will thus need to be contactable and since I have not had a PA before I would like to work with someone as to how this will best work.
It would be ideal to have a brief meeting for perhaps 10 minutes at the start of the day to go over my schedule and a longer planning session each weekend for the week ahead (on Sundays). We can set the daily meeting times each week and also each month have a longer meeting for longer term [login to view URL] can easily take place via chat such as Whatsapp, hangouts or something.
