I am looking to streamline our company's purchasing process by automating it via SharePoint. The primary goal of this automation project is to significantly reduce the manual effort involved in our purchasing routine. This automation tool should have the capability to take data from a SharePoint form, compare quantities against minimum and maximum parameters, and generate a purchase form ready for approval. Required Features: - The tool should have the capacity to notify the responsible person if purchase quantities breach the pre-set limits. - It should also be equipped to generate purchase forms ready for approval from three different individuals within our organization. - Upon receiving approvals, an automated email should be sent to our supplier for order placement, coming from our first approver. Ideal Skills and Experience: Looking for a freelancer with extensive experience in SharePoint and process automation. Proficiency in email automation and the ability to code in notifications based on specified criteria is a must. Knowledge of purchase ordering systems will be considered a major plus.

Greetings, The suppliers and minimum, maximum stock data will be managed by the admin by using the SharePoint application? I don't see any technical hurdles delivering this successfully but I wanted to talk to you about your selected budget. Would you be flexible in your selected budget or it is your maximum budget? I am not sure how you selected this budget range on Freelancer website, because cost of any project is based on the overall features/functionality. However, If you are not flexible in your budget, then no problem and I respect it. You may ignore the bid amount for now, as we still need to discuss & ask questions. Instead of Sharepoint, you could make a simple tool to write database queries in .NET or PHP whatever is preferred and make a purchase order automatically. You could also use notification system to inform concerned user
