Looking for a top Electrician to perform hardware upgrade

I need someone to perform a hardware upgrade of In-Service LTE Wireless Base Station (eNodeB). The upgrade consists of: Replacement of one to three old generation Circuit Boards (bCEM) with up to three new generation Circuit Boards (bCEM2). Addition of bCEM2 to existing bCEM configuration (1 to 2 bCEM2s).
