Hi, Let me know the details timing diagram and another document related(can be datasheet of your device) on chat. I will use VHDL for this project and Xilinx ISE and it's test bench to confirm my VHDL. I have built video combiner & syncronizer application using Xilinx Spartan 6 FPGA. where I combine video decoder,xilinx VFBC, and video encoder, to combine 2 Composite video together without external synchronization. I propose a twostep TDC. A coarse time discriminator and a fine delay line, capable of sustained operation at a clock frequency of 288MHz and a resolution under 100 ps. You must define the conversion rate and the maximum time converted. A digital calibration technique to compensate for process, voltage, and temperature (PVT) variation is not included into the price.
