Job description: Creation and design of a digital timer circuit. Chronometer must have millisecond precision and at least 0.5ppm. The board will receive data from 2 cables with LPT1 connector (50-way - DD50) Each cable will have 22 entries, 2 entries start the stopwatch and 20 entries of "partial" time. The board should write a COM port that received from each input signal (will be buttons) and time as well as the chronometer in real time (milliseconds).
