Ghostwriter needed for a 200-300 page novel/story book

The project is for a book or novel and may take anywhere between 3 to 6 months depending on how creatively the plot evolves and how quickly the book/novel is satisfactorily completed. I will be providing the basic plot or synopsis around which the story will revolve and the ghostwriter is given as much literary freedom to expand the story, establish the characters and the like. To evaluate ghostwriter candidates, I will be requesting for sample works. The chosen ghostwriter for this project will be compensated between US$3,000 and US$5,000 depending on experience and testimonials on quality of work, paid out on milestone basis. Said milestones are broken down as follows: Part 1: a. Plot outline development b. Character introduction c. Expand and extend synopsis d. Detailed character development e. Provide scene blocking - Payment of first milestone (20%) Part 2: a. Develop subplots b. Write first draft - Payment of second milestone (40%) Part 3: a. Edit draft b. Plagiarism test c. Final draft - Payment of final milestone (40%) Timeline: Evaluation of ghostwriting applicants (November 2021) Start of Project (December 2021 with bi-weekly meetings/updates or as needed)
