Professional Graphic designer to edit or design some images

need a professional graphic designer who knows the english language and can understood everything very clearly and fast and works fast (within the prescribe time frame) and is serious and know what he's doing. hate repeating myself over and over or work not being done as asked in the description exactly. I need a graphic designer to minor edit the header, menu bar, news ticker bar, and footer for my website. also i will need a wallpaper design to be edited and to be bigger in size, a like & Share icon design, intro menu bar line image to be edit, a watermark image of the logo, flashing text (gif) donate now sticker, email signature design, facebook cover, and a label design with logo and site url (see attachments for sample), .
