PhD Statistics project: Looking for expert to assist me on the project

I am working on project under supply chain the topic is "Managing Supplier’s Delivery Performance With Service Level Agreements" on CHAPTER 3. I have attached in the file, the idea is about there is a supplier serves one customer for number of time (R). At the end of the period, there are two measures that can calculate the performance of the supplier during that time. 1-Ready rate with time window, 2-ready rate with out time window. For example The target of the supplier should achieve for example 95% at the end of the period. However, if he doesn't achieve that, he will get a penalty. To calculate the performance of the supplier (penalty) they used a normal distribution used for that The numerical example in page 59. At the end they compare between two measures, and the penalties to see what is the best for supplier to take less penalty. My project & the question: We need to extend that model for the supplier serves 2 customers, by extend the formula for one customer in page 60 (3.16) , using the same example and figures, and we need to separate the demand and the penalty equally likely between two customers, and compare that to one case of one customer. For example in the numerical example, in the case 1 of 1 customer if the demand is 20, and the penalty is 100, we will compare that to the second example of 2 customers the demand for 1 customer is 10, and the second customer is 10 total of both =20 And in the end we need to present that and write the formula by Python program.
