Project management software, Subversion, Time Sheet Expert

Please have 5 years experience using variuos types of PMS/SVN/Time tracking software. Must have strong familiarity with Open Source Web-Based PMS/SVN and web based time tracking solutions such as Tick and Harvest.(preferably open source if one exists) Using linux centos 5.1 Dedicated server. Must be available for a little Consulting/R&D to start. Interested in installing and integrating a web-based open source system for project management. Willing to discuss a combination of open-source and paid solutions that will offer: Users to create projects online (limited projects per user)similar to what redmine offers. Need ability to trac projects. (tickets, milestones etc.) Have used TRAC and Subversion in the past but missing the ability to keep time sheets. Trac is not multi-user to my knowledge. Must be able to start immediately and complete within one to two week maximum. -Must be excellent communicator in English -Must return all Skype and email communications promptly?
