I understand that you want an API using OpenCV, C #, and LINQ. You already have a database with millions of Logos, the user will click on upload file button and upload file from his/her system this uploaded image (must be in .jpg or .png format) should compare with the database logo images and give the similar logo images as a result. For future comparisons, image index should be stored in more than one field in the database. These millions of logo images name should be stored in the database and the real image should store in the file system with .jpg and .png format. LogoImage table should have ID, Name, ImageIndex, ImagePath as the table field. I understand that you want, this API must convert the image to search into an index format, it will compare with the "ImageIndex" field from the database table and give the output of maximum similar images. API must be written in C# and this will implement in a website. Please let me know that my understanding is correct or not. We are ready to start immediately. Let me know if any question.
