I am looking for a freelancer that is licensed in Minnesota as a professional engineer to help me with my project. We are a small commercial building contractor that has been contracted to build a second-floor only, 16x32 foot addition on the back of an existing office building in St. Paul; adding three new office spaces. I am happy to pay a fixed price of $2500 USD to draw/ sign off on the structural. I have not provided a detailed description but have uploaded some files for your review.
