Your suggestion looks great, I haven't written a bid before because of other projects. Now this bid could include creating a desktop application (Mac or Windows, it will actually be a web browser embedded application) that would allow to put your data and output predicted numbers. Why? Because fixed numbers projection can be built easily but it probably won't be accurate. The projection formulas on your provided links include few variables you probably already have yet are not in this project description. So counting social networks as well you need: 1. Predicted numbers per month (and grow) of SEO optimized articles on your website. 2. Predicted keywords and daily/monthly budget for ads (AdWords, Facebook). 3. Predicted Facebook page feed posts and their visibility for the Facebook users (organic - less than 10-15% these days - or paid). CTR (Click Through Rate) for AdWords has fallen in last years - usual 1% CTR is not real anymore. It can be predicted for a first month but actual numbers later need to be inserted in the model. Without knowing more details a "fixed" projection with graphs and linear growth would be created, in an app or preferably using R (statistical programming language).
