I created a new website for in Rapidweaver. I used a theme called F Fusion from Nick Cates design and a 3rd party plug in called Weaverpix to put a non-flash based, java slideshow on the front page. I uploaded onto MobileMe as a host and everything worked great in Safari. But a friend pointed out that the slideshow using weaverpix program did not work in Firefox or chrome Browser. I spoke to the designer of weaverpix and he suggested I try a couple of things. Disabling the following * consolidate CSS files *compress CSS Files *consolidate common files. none of these worked. The guy then suggested that I change some code through the FTP uploader. I could not do this through the mobile me (and mobile me will not be continuing service later this year

I need to finish customising a RapidWeaver theme I bought. Rapidweaver is a mac app - I'm using version 4. The concept, PSD and theme files are all available. How much to help me fix the css or customise the theme called Simplify? I've been using Stacks to help with custom column layout. I'm hoping to find help ASAP on this. I'm currently using oovoo for embedding video chat at a RapidWeaver site www.meridianrescue.co.uk. I would prefer a more stable / customisable process such as Tokbox rather than relying on oovoo. The chat page needs to be password protected. Preferably with 2 passwords, 1 for admin and 1 for client. The clients password will need to be changed each session either through the CMS (webyep / TinyMCE), or through alternative such as MySQL. And a text chat function will be necessary in order to text any instructions to struggling clients.

I am president of a charity () and we had our website designed and hosted by a company several years ago. It is fairly basic and I would like to now control the website and host it myself as the cost of the design/hosting company has become unrealistic for a small charity. I have developed a site in Rapidweaver. I want the site to have paid limited membership access. Members will be given 6 months access to the site for a fee. I would need access to the site to be limited to Username/Password and allow for only one member at time to use that Username/PAssword and a limited number of places a Username/Password could connect from. ...a wordpress plugin that can do this and a good example in terms of look would be something like one found at (ignore flash presentation at start). Speaking of flash, I'd rather avoid it, but I believe jquery could be useful with wordpress for any nice effects that would help to make the site look more modern. I did a quick portfolio slideshow myself using Rapidweaver at which works well in terms of image navigation as another example. At a later stage I may wish to add a blog and a gallery section to sell prints online, so I'd like to make sure in advance that this will be easy to implement.
