Schematic / PCB layout needed

In brief: We are looking to have a PCI card designed with: - a Blackfin ADSP-BF535 processor - a DS26528 octal E1/T1 transceiver - four E1/T1 ports on board - a header for a daughter board to provide the line interface side for the other four E1/T1 ports. We will want to be able to boot the DSP from the host, so it'll need enough boot loader to enable it to do this. If you're able to provide prototype boards, so much the better; if you're able to provide basic driver software to demonstrate that they work after a fashion (e.g. that toggles a GPIO pin), then even better.
