Gas Station + Commercial Stores (highway rest stop)

We currently operate a gas station on a highway in Saudi Arabia and we would like to do some renovations and remodeling the whole location; including, the gas station pumps and the commercial stores. It has one super market, mini-market, two restaurants, mobile phone, and a pharmacy. We are adding a new hall that would be used for other types of business. Therefore, we need a unique design with its commercial brand identity that merges the whole station into one brand. Since we only operate the real estate we need a design that attracts any type of business to open in the location and tempt all business to start their lease. PROJECT NAME: PetroNaif بترونـايف This is commercial name for the Whole station that needs to be in great logo with its business identity colors and shapes. We need this to be a leading future brand name for gas stations and commercial real estate stores next to it. So the logo must respect the industries we are working in and relate to them. On the other hand, we need a full structural plan, blueprint, and all details about the design including measurements of all used materials. Material to be use: 1- Alucobond, aluminum sheets (composite panels) will be mainly used. 2- Polycarbonate sheets and roofs, will be used for fronts roofs. 3- Glass, if necessary. 4- Cement, concrete, or anything needed including all metals. Design Specifications: 1- Keep in mind the lightings need to be specified in the design because the material will be cut along with the electrical connection lines underneath the raw material. 2- We need to lower the costs of the remodeling, thus, we need a very thoughtful cool design, yet it has its own simplicity. 3- We are not looking into any complicated work to be done, we would like to achieve the remodeling through installations and easy tasks. 4- We believe in the art of simple architecture where we can have a great brand identity with its own shapes, colors, and style. 5- We would like to receive all the handouts for all designs in all details with the material used, installations, and creative ideas.
